The Director of Sales is responsible for leading sales at Freetouch, which includes direct sales as well as managing distribution channels (resellers and independent sales reps). They are responsible for building the pipeline, closing deals, and enabling partners to do the same. Specific responsibilities include business and market development, sales channel management, account management, sales growth and customer satisfaction. As the business matures, this role will become more strategic, working closely with the CEO and director of finance to develop strategic sales and marketing goals and manage and grow the sales and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate is someone who has 5-7 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in SaaS software and new market development. Experience in the kiosk industry a plus. This position is contract-to-hire (full-time preferred) and fully remote (U.S.-based candidates only).

You must have exceptional project management skills and a track record of building outstanding relationships with internal and external customers. A strong work ethic with proactive communication skills that encourages courageous conversations are a must.

  • Core member of the leadership team that will partner closely with the CEO, director of finance and operations, and product teams to execute sales and marketing strategies that increase market share, brand, and client awareness
  • Consistently research prospective clients, industry verticals, and market landscapes on a regular basis
  • Generate new business opportunities and sales targets through individual marketing, direct outreach, and networking and relationship building activities
  • Lead end-to-end sales process
  • Prospect for, build, manage, and scale channel partners
  • Organize and manage deal pipelines within company CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Be able to communicate new sales initiatives and work with our team to get the things needed to succeed
  • Work with current customers to build and retain new business
  • Work with current customers to acquire introductions and referrals
  • Track, report on, and meet sales quotas/goals
  • Promote company products and services
  • Monitor market and competitor activity
